Terrorism is described as violent acts , unconventional warfare or extreeme forms of protest, there is a sayng.." one mans terrorist is another man' freedom fighter" this holds true to some extent though terroism itself is an act and not a cause. The word terror means fear, terrorism evokes fear, that is why in some cases terroism proves efective though the terrorists' goal may not be achieved.
